All canvas prints and image products are produced to order and dispatched directly from our professional canvas printing partner. Orders typically ship within the EU and the United States. Shipping times may vary based on destination and selected delivery method.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on delivery location and shipping option. Costs may vary for addresses within the EU and the United States.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or assist with a claim. Please provide photos of any damage to ensure a quick resolution.
Returns & Cancellations
Because each canvas print is custom-made, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Requests for returns or replacements must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we may be unable to process return requests.
Cancellations can be made before production begins; once printing has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.
